Sev mostly uses side window lighting to cast strong shadows for extra definition.

Unless of course that's simply acne. But I'm curious, because the steroid acne I see around my gym is usually purplish and pustular/cystic. Not so diffuse.

Supervisor phase - you have to push through it and delts will go melon... even from the front.
