Last year I never watched this part, skipped over it. And now I know I did the right thing.
I never heard anyone talk so much about haters as he does - except for maybe Jason Genova.
I think we all were a little spoiled with Ronnie as Mr O. He had a digusting gut but heck, he was a sight to behold.

Phil: No... I was kinda hoping you could set it up for me.
Receptionist: I'm sorry sir, you'll have to go through his secretary.
