Your site is one of the very few bodybuilding sites I have liked and looked professional.  The design and color scheme is excellent and the pictures are great.  I would drop the flash for your gallery section.  It's unnecessary and loads very slow.  Your design is already nice and I don't think you need it.   I would use thumbnails as someone else mentioned.  Good luck with your site.
