I am expecting a call from my Doc tomorrow at 2:30pm to discuss my kidney blood test results, which are now back. Knowing the NHS I don't want him to waffle on me and then I finish the convo confused and thinking what the hell is this, plus knowing the NHS, sometimes they only tell you something is serious if you're on the brink of death in order not byrden the specialists and hospitals.
I will have a pen and paper ready to write down things, is there specific items I need to ask for? parameters...etc. I am asking as I know a few of you have gone through this.
I've used juice on and off for 10 years, between 2005 and 2008 I wasn;t very responsible i.e. 600mg tren cycles and hardly coming off...etc. So this will be interesting. I swtiched to low dosages protocols and with breaks from 2009 to now and it delivers the physique I am happy with. (of course not by getbigs Colemanesque standards)

Ask him for each item, it's name, your value and the min/max for that.
There's no reason to NOT have him just read the fucking thing to you. And at the end, ask him to mail a photocopy to you.

Do the Tom Prince method.
On his hospital bed, after the 2003 Ironman where he basically collapsed and got taken in an ambulance for kidney failure, he sat and told him doctor every pharmaceutical he was taking, down to the smallest aspirin. Apparently the Dr. didn't blink until he mentioned taking 5 tylenols a day.
