Title: nice tricep workout yesterday

4 sets incline close grip
4 sets skullys
4 sets rope push downs
4 sets dips
4 sets cable kickbacks
4 sets over head extensions
4 sets reverse grip pushdowns


4-6 reps per set

my horseshoe was frikken pumped

3 sets machine press downs
4 sets of rope extensions.

Done properly.
