He's fast, but I'm pretty sure most MC's with good breath control could come close to that. For instance, someone RA, The Rugged Man is one that come to mind.

white people love rappers who rap fast its hilarious. Even if they are saying shit that is nonsense they always dig it.

And notice how its mosly white people who do that fast rap flow except twitsta and bone.
