Not sure how legit the research is; I started drinking it regularly months ago and libido is higher; could be placebo effect or coincidence.

you need healthy food or=anti-inflamatorys
you need carrots for superior anti-inflamation
you need soy protein mixed with lemonade for energy
water for hydration

increased testostene comes from injecting it,for example.
and falcon was right, a junk food meal can increase test levels too.
