It's from 27th SEA Games 2013 held at the Myanmar Convention Centre, which he won.

Um, the rest of the pics in the thread were taken in the early 2000s. It's been a long time since then, dude.

It's just really thin. I'm not sure if it's gray, but maybe it is. He's an interesting specimen.

He's obviously lost size but compensates by being extremely dry in these pics. He looked very bulky in his older ones...less muscle maturity.
