i was just looking through my old 2008 flex mag olympia post show coverage when dex won, and damn....i dont knw if its the pics, but everyone looked like shit. comparing the '98 olympia to the '08 would be like comparing an npc qualifier to a pro show. still cant believe cutler took 2nd looking like that....bummer martinez was injured too. if branch would have shown they might have given it to him that yr lol

i hate to burst your bubble but there weren't any good shows during cutler's reign.
there was ronnie than a massive drop off to jay. phil is a slight improvement with compact coleman chasing him.

i thought last yrs wasnt bad.....but nothing like the 90's ;D

Every show from the early 00s imo...

The 90's had the best depth of field. That's when I was attending all the shows. I even flew out to LA for a couple shows. Lots of fun and memories. Ever have sex with a horny female bodybuilder?... it's quite an experience.
Compared to that time period, BBing is dead. It will never be the same again.

2008 was the Olympia show I attended. Silver VIP tickets costing me several hundred bucks to sit behind Dexter's girlfriend whooping and hollering ever few seconds.
Nice to know I went to the worst one ;D

The bloated meatbags don't even know how to pose correctly anyways, every show sucks. They all look the same.

Bodybuilding essentially hasn't evolved in the last 25 years. That video from the '88 Olympia could've been taken this year, minus the commentary/interest in the actual bodybuilders
and an extra 50-70lbs on each one
