This is a video of my training partner 75 years old Ernest Tuff deadlifting 215kg winning the u105kg m4 class the NIFPA Northern Ireland Deadlift Championships yesterday a New Record for his class.

Ernest set a new PB of 220kg in the gym 2 weeks ago I will let him know you liked his lift.

I'm 45 and it gives me something to shoot for.

I am 44 myself and it inspires me every day seeing what Ernest can do in the gym.
