Title: Ravens WR arrested with weed

My bigger concern is who he was traveling with. Dude has been to jail for attempted murder, and probably killed another guy. 240, if you are reading this, wtf is up with Florida man? How can this dude be walking the streets(the driver) free with his rap sheet?
