How look like Your training periodization in the year? How do you change your's training routines to avoid body adapt?

i think bikinislut has the period every 4th week or so.

I have a sheet numbered from 1 to 20 with exercises on it. I throw a dart at a dartboard and then do the exercise with the corresponding number. If I get a bullseye I take the day off.
