Maybe it's the availability of information on the internet... but I just can't see spending a lot on a thin BBing book like these.  Arnold's Encyclopedia is, for the most part, a great reference.  But it's hard to take seriously a book about training by guys on gh, insulin, and everything else under the sun.  Bast can probably tell me more about nutrition than Dorian can.  Mr Intenseone can certainly tell me more about training.  And I'm going to DIV for advice when I'm ready for the darkside.

It'd be hard to spend money on something you can get for free online, where "iffy" statements are called out, and the following debate calls into place higher level thinking and evaluation skills... it's not just Dorian stating gospel to follow.

Haven't read either 1 so my opinion on them each is moot.I would like to get the Yates book however as I respected the man for his training dedication.2 books I really liked as a youngster were both by Robert Kennedy & were Beef it & Hardcore BB'ing.Kinda wish I still had them.

Dorian's first book "Blood and Guts" was a good one.
