For getbiggers who are wondering what i eat in the mornings, here are my 3 recipes
whole wheat pankcakes mixed with eggwhites and whey protein fried with olive oil and honey on top.
Steel cut oaks with egg whites yogurt, whey protein berries cinnamon and honey
Whole wheat bagels with low fat cheese spread beef strips lettuce and tomato and avacados.
Then I only eat two more times for the day and thats it.
