I always notice that anytime a real fat person loses weight they look like they have a massive head. I started to wonder why. It seems like when they're super fat their bodies increace GH output which makes their bones, innards etc... grow to compensate that extra weight. When they eventually lose all that fat their giant size heads stay that way.
moral of the story is to stay lean 365

When I got my friend to lose weight he had a big looking head a for a couple months, the face eventually leans out.

I've seen this myself. I think their heads appear more prominent because they have less body mass and the focal point changes to their head. When they are fat their head appears smaller in comparison to their overall body.

Fat people do get fat faces and necks. Look at how many guys in their 50's get that fat head look.

Yeah and I remember awhile back some show bebunking the "I am big boned" excuse where they took a full body xray of several people of similar race and height but drastically different weights. There was no diameter difference in the skeleton structure.

Shrinking the body makes the head look bigger.
These fattys heads are like little whack-a-moles peeking out from the blubbery mass
