Who was he before he was Icelord? Anyone know? He's on a mission to beef up his post count. He registered last month and is almost up to 1300 posts and is averaging 27 posts a day. Too bad there isn't an ignore option on getbig, so you can't see certain posters.

That's hardly a step up from anything other than retail or flipping burgers, maybe.

I didn't sit around and complain though, I didn't feel like the owner owed me anything. I realized how easily replaceable I was and fortunate that they picked me to be their workhorse over all the other numbskulls that could replace me.

That's how most non-unionized workers feel. But you won't climb the ladder to supervisor and eventually manager if you're content with what you do. The idea is to work harder than the others and make continuing improvement suggestions along the way, as well as buddying up to your boss. That's when you start doing more than driving a forklift.
