So it's been 2 days and a total of 10g and already seeing strength and endurance gainz

Should be squatting 700, winning triathlons, and getting your IFBB pro card within probably 2 months or so.

I have nothing to do with ANY supplement company, and I've heard from 3 different guys that they really "felt" the new Arnold Series "Crea" really works for them... (No, I'm not joking on this one!!!)

Ok I just need to be careful to not push it too far.  Don't want to tear my muscle clear off the bone with all of this new found strength
