Some Europeans anyway....Putin plays games with his oil/gas pipeline and it directly affects a lot of the folks in the West. Putin has direct claims to the Black Sea area and the Crimea so its doubtful anything we do will stop him from doing exactly what he's doing....however we have to ensure that that's it and we're not facing something where we have direct and unshakable treaty obligations and we have deploy.

yes europe is living on oil and gas from russia even germany buys most of their oil from them if im not mistaken.
