Post by: Jr. Yates on January 14, 2006, 08:15:10 PM
I've just been using those frozen mixed bags of veggies (about 2 cups twice a day) do you guys think this is alright....or is it very important that i buy all fresh?

It's better to have fresh but you'll be o-k with the frozen ones (I usually buy frozen veggies).

Besides fresh veggies are also expensive...especially when off season.

i think it's allright. some would say fresh. some would say organic and shit. but it's hard enough as it is getting enough greens (and expensive) so just eating that to begin with is a good thing

I use frozen all the time with no problems.  Freezing things preserves food so why not
