Title: What is better MD or Flex and why? Discuss
Post by: HowDog on January 15, 2006, 12:03:32 AM: Even with Ami, Flex still seems to push the weider principles with Arnold being the cover boy. I hear that MD is "real" by talking about cycles, is that real?? We all know Weider peddles purist bullshit that cannot be done naturally, I mean come on Trainer of Champions??? does anybody fall for that bullshit.
