Celente - Ukraine May Ignite World War & The End Of All Life
As the world moves one step closer to war, today the top trends forecaster in the world gave King World News a passionate interview in which he warned that the fragile situation in Ukraine may ignite a terrifying world war and the end of all life. Below is what Gerald Celente, founder of Trends Research and the man considered to be the top trends forecaster in the world, had to say in this remarkable and timely interview.
Eric King: “Gerald, as you know, Dr. Paul Craig Roberts told KWN that there is no way America can win in a ground war in Ukraine in what he described as ‘Russia’s backyard.’ They are too far from their military bases. Putin has clearly responded with troops. Dr. Roberts says the real danger here is that Washington pushes against the Russians, who are armed to the teeth, including nuclear weapons.”
Celente: “It’s a huge risk. We also have the new government in Ukraine mobilizing their forces against the Russians, but the Ukraine is no match at all against Russia. Second, if Napoleon and Hitler couldn’t win in Russia, what makes anybody think that the United States and the EU, and especially the Ukraine troops, are going to stop the Russians? They have now awakened the Russian Bear....
“They’ve poked it, and now it’s come alive. And they better stop it because this could be a destabilization that could lead to World War III. I gave you Einstein’s warning in our last interview, ‘I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.’
These people are over their heads. They couldn’t win in Afghanistan, stability in Iraq is lost, and they made a mess of Libya. Does anybody in their right mind think they are going to be able to face off against the Russians? This isn’t going to be a land war. This will be a war of weapons of mass destruction, of missiles, of drones, and horrifying technology we never even knew existed.
This has to be brought to peace as quickly as possible, but unfortunately those who are in power, and those beating the war drums, are leading the nation in the wrong direction. They have every major figure in the U.S. mainstream media propaganda machine talking tough and giving us all their wisdom after having nothing but failures behind them. And they speak to us as though we should be listening to them and following them as they lead the world into what Dr. Roberts warns may turn into nuclear war.”
Eric King: “Dr. Roberts told KWN, ‘And their Putin anti-rhetoric will rise, the lies will multiply, and they will force an issue, rather than admit a mistake.’ Of course he’s referring there to Washington -- that they are going to push this issue -- and this now has the whole world poised on the edge of nuclear war.”
Celente: “It could turn into a nuclear exchange. This could also turn into a severe economic war. We don’t know what it could turn into. It may be something worse than nuclear war because of technological weapons advancements we are not aware of. We don’t know. What we do know is that it is going to be out of their hands if they continue to push aggressively. You never know how these things are going to end. It could be the war to end all wars, and end all life.”
I don't think it's going to play out like this, ...but it will be significant to the financial markets, that's fer darn sure!
