Changes to laws are supposed to be made in order to IMPROVE the law. They are supposed to be irrespective of political objectives. So much for that.

Delaying mandates are not changes to the law itself. How is the law being improved?

These are just being done in order to prevent more disappointment and anger towards an unwanted law prior to elections. Solely politically motivated.

Imagine if they'd actually enacted the law immediately...like before 2012.

Funny how he is doing exactly what Republicans wanted him to do before the last government shutdown.
