Hello guys wanna ask, musclepharm recon is it safe ? It contains vitamin E in his bad for , dl-alpha tocopherol, and Potassium Chloride, any reviews can hdlp me guys, I wanna take it but I doubt his safety

The safety of that stuff is so questionable anymore that I have narrowed my list to very few things

Isopure..I prefer the natural
ON-dont really like the taste
Biotest-really like the superfood

I won't use anything else unless I see full independent, blind heavy metal testing

If you wanna get the safest products, try reflex nutrition products, they are heavy metals free and top quality
