Clearly a 6 Pac here on this Resent Flex Magazine pic, why the need to photoshop it and light it up as to show 6 ???
This is not even enhancing , this is just plan adding muscles that do not even exist on him

i recently started realizing getbig was right all along
phil just looks monsterous by himself in pictures
but in comparison pictures or in real life
he is tiny compared to some of his competitors :-X

He would be a runner up in a small regional qualifier somewhere in bumfuck Rhode Island...Therefor he would have no reason to be on FLEX...He is a tiny tit. He might have made a decent physique pro these days.
