I know plenty of people with university degrees who went into marketing, HR or similar, who earn less than some bimbo doing a holiday job (think assembly line, unskilled work) at a decent company. Lots of people becoming disillusioned quickly with real market starting salaries.

companies think since jobs are hard to come by now a days... that they can low ball people and they will bite... sure they will get some sucker to jump in because he/she is unemployed... ive gotten tons of job offers trying to low ball me. im currently employed, im just trying to see whats out there. its not pretty....

indeed agree about overall compensation, me personaly id rather have bit less wage but more paid holidays in exchange.
wage in european union,in the better states, whats a wage in be;lgium?
lets say 2000euros.
so wtf does it matter if its 2000euros or 2200euros.
