I saw a big spider like that down in South Carolina. It was called a "banana spider". The one in the GIF is not like the one that I saw. They are about the same size though.

Looks to be some sort of giant jumping spider. If you take a look at it's eyes, it has very prominant front eyes. A hallmark of jumping spiders. This is due to them havig to guage how far to jump, so needing larger front set of eyes to guage depth and distance. And also look at how upright the cephalothorax (head part) is. Another trait of jumping spiders. And look at the front legs.

I could be wrong, but that is what it looks like.

Their crab like walk, and herky-jerky movements are funny to watch. Also, crab spiders, they can come in these weird clear neon green and orange colors.
