Passing a drug test is the least of your worries in getting a job.
They meet you during the interview, its unlikely to progress much further than that.

There have been studies about finesteride having the complete opposite effect of it's intended use when combined with testosterone, as the drug combo may promote, rather than inhibit the steroid Type II 5α-reductase.
