I am thinking about adding them to my routine. What is the best way to add them, how often, how many reps, and more importantly should i cycle them????

they have infinte uses and everyone differs I personally found they are awesome for board presses and lockout work they are unforgiving if u want to bail on a max weight with them while squatting so take care

I cycle using bands fo 3-4 wks and have had pretty good luck with them

Use them on your speed training day. Usually in the 3 rep range with 50 to 60% of your 1rm. They are mainly used to help train for explosive power out of the hole.
