How much how often and for how long do you work out... im in the gym 5/6 days a week for no more than 90mins a day. Use to spend longer but I changed up my routine and do cardio between sets.

M W F in the gym lifting for an hour, T Thur Sun run a couple miles.

Can't even remember the last time I didn't go for at least some cardio, foam rolling and core.
I lift 6 days a week sometimes 7. No kids or major distractions.
Fifty minutes to an hour. 10 min cardio before 10 min after.

I have a track at my gym just 1 minute walk from the weight room so I do a lap between each heavy set

look into powertec equipment they put out a nice all in one unit for someone starting out. plus an adjustable barbell and db set would be nice.

I use to go every day (except sat. and sun.) for about 40 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio, did that forever....
I think I got physically/mentally exhausted (happened about three months ago), I got really fucked up and weirded out... Now all I do is sit on getbig.

45 minutes to an hour and 30.
3-4 days a week.

Around 4-5 days a week, and seeing as I'm into more volume-training these days each workout tends to be around 60-75 mins.

i'm lucky if I get 4 training days in a week.
lately it's been 40mins of back on Monday.. 30mins of chest on Tuesday.. 30mins of arms on Wednesday and maybe 15mins of delts on Thursday.
i'm in the gym 12hours a day 5 days a week.
you don't get that "my day is done, i'm gonna go to the gym and train" feeling.. like as soon as you pull into the parking lot, you're in that 'zone', you get desensitized to it.
I'd much rather stay home or in an office all day and day-trade, and hit the gym at the end of the day.

I've been going 5-6 days a week. Some days 75 minutes, some days 60 minutes, every now and then it'll be a quick 20 minutes if time is short.
I'm sore as shit. I'm crabby. But I'm strong and bigger/leaner at the same time. I don't want to miss a day cause I dont want to go back.
