Certainly.

This couldn`t be any easier.
Mashed Sweet Potatoes.
INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon sugar
2 pounds sweet potatoes (2 large or 3 medium), peeled, quartered lengthwise, and cut into 1/4- inch-thick slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine butter, 2 tablespoons cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, sugar, and sweet potatoes in large saucepan. Cook Sweet Potatoes, covered, over low heat until potatoes are fall-apart tender, 35-40 minutes.  No need to stir or anything.

Off heat, add remaining tablespoon cream and mash sweet potatoes with potato masher. Serve

SP hash: use a cheese grater, squeeze out water and fry it in coconut oil.
SP fries: cut them into fried, coat with olive oil and salt. Bake at 450 until done
SP mashed: boil potatoes, smash them up, server with salt
SP chips: same as fries, but cut as chips.

Yes, you can crush them instead of mashing them.

I'm after a new and easy way to make chicken breasts, After so so so SO SO many years of eating them, I'm without any ideas how to spice them up differently. My latest way is to marinade them in a apricot chutney with an assortment of spices and let it marinade overnight and have it as chicken burgers on wholemeal rolls.

Oh it's nothing fancy, You could find a 100 better recipes online.

My mix is 4 large table spoons of Crème fraîche and mix it into a bowl of apricot chutney.

I put a tiny drop of chili into it and chop one garlic clove mixed in. If I remember, I'll mix extra strong Cajun spice in, one tea spoon will do. Drop the chicken breasts in and leave over night. Fry in your favorite oil, using some of the mix as basting sauce.

I only marinade 4 breasts at a time. Use the same recipe with other chutneys

THe two threads I've started are now gone.

I had the most incredible sweet potato mash at a restaurant on my honeymoon, all nice I asked to see the chef as I couldn't work out what was giving it that finishing touch.  Simply honey.
