George Zimmerman has figured out a way to exploit what made him famous -- GUNS.

Zimmerman did a meet-and-greet Saturday at an Orlando gun shop.  People lined up for an autograph pic of Zimmerman and his dog ... actually only around 20 people lined up.

It's a page out of the OJ playbook ... get acquitted of killing someone, and then show up places and sign autographs.

I've been on record many times as supporting Zimmerman in his use of deadly force.  It was a regrettable situation that should never have happened but I don't think he is a cold blooded murderer.  It's true, I've joked about him being a hero and all this bullshit.  Internet trolling.  Whatever.   

But this shit right here?  It troubles me, and it takes quite a bit to trouble me.  I understand people's desire to monetize their tiny fame but for fuck's sake man!  I usually love doing funny shit and pissing people off but even I wouldn't get a photo or autograph from this guy.  Not even as a joke.  I'm not even going to say what I think it is.  I'll just say it's inappropriate and leave it at that.

It's a great opportunity for younger men as well as upcoming Neighborhood Watch Coordinators and Protectors of Communities, as well as younger soon-to-be Gunmen to meet their Idol and Rolemodel.

So that they too will be able to overcome their fears when they really need it, facing trespassing Dark Threats and whatnot.

Protecting your community and family is the priority, as well as knowing what Gun is best to use.

Was a wonderful community.

Same here. As a gun owner and carrier I gave him benefit of the doubt and stand by what the jury found but hell, making money off that? I would HATE to HAVE to take a life, even in self defense but could never imagine wanting to be famous for it or try to make money off it. That is just wrong.

Not like he took out bank robbers or saved hostages or some heroic shit.

The controversial gunslinger has unveiled his latest artwork — the Confederate battle flag — which he’s dedicated to the Florida Gun Supply owner who banned Muslims from his shooting range last month.

"This painting was painted in honor of Andy Hallinan for being a true patriot and leading the country into a better, safer America," the painting's advertisement on Hallinan's website reads ...

"I didn't want to see you give up the fight simply for financial reasons," Zimmerman said of his motive while seen sitting with Hallinan near a dock.
