one of my favorite meals at the moment is 4 poached eggs over a plate of lentils
Trader Joe's has them cooked and vacuum packed
I get 4 servings out this package
Super easy and quick and it digests nice and slow for steady energy but you don't feel full
Total net carbs in 125 gram serving is ~ 15 grams

It’s actually Chinese food,chicken fingers,spare ribs,crabbrangoons,pork fried rice,beef terriyaki,chicken wings and egg rolls.On my 4th plate right now,fucking stuff is delicious.i eat Chinese prob 2-3 times a year and it is a superfood.
