Then just leave yourself more calories to eat before going to bed.

Then cheat a little bit it won't kill you. It might take away some the cravings.

How many meals a day are you eating? You should break them up so that you get a meal at bed time. Your bedtime meal should be protein + fiber. I use a protein powder blend (Whey + Casein + Egg), and I add 6g Oat Bran for fiber and low digesting carb. That should help. Also, try GABA at bedtime, an amino acid that will help you fall asleep and sleep better. Good luck!

Eat a shit load of protein before bed. Carbs before bed will keep you fat, but you can fill up on protein.

im eating 3 medium sized meal s a day and then 3 snacks,
i have cottage cheese before bed that helps but doesnt kill my apetite totally
ill just have to get used to going to bed on a normal stomach opossed to a real full one

Try to have something warm like chamomile or some other caffeine free infusion. Also some warm milk can do the trick. Cottage cheese is cold and doesn't help you to sleep.

Jack off.......that always puts me to sleep.
;D
Good call.

Real GABA has been adultrated. I used to get gabba tropin by Ergo. Now it's called Psychotropin. For some reason they took out the GABA. The vendor from Europa told me it's going off the market soon like Tryptophen. It doesn't put you to sleep bur eases anxiety and puts you in a relaxed care free mood so you can fall asleep. Read on.
GABA supplements appear to promote relaxation and sleep. While GABA
has been tested for improving exercise tolerance, decreasing
body fat, and stabilizing blood pressure, research on the
supplement’s effectiveness and safety for these purposes has been
mixed at best. GABA itself does not cause drowsiness. Instead,
by easing anxiety, it simply makes it easier to fall asleep. GABA is
an important amino acid neurotransmitter in the brain.
Neurotransmitters are the chemicals that allow brain cells to communicate
with one another and maintain memory, including the ability
to register, retain and retrieve information. It’s involved in the
regulation of brain nerve cells and has been referred to as the brain’s
natural calming agent. GABA supplements are often used to
promote muscle growth and to counteract age-related declines
in growth hormone levels.

Consider trying a little valerian root extract in a glass of water.
It's wonderful, all natural, no side effects.. just calm restful sleep.

There is a miscalculation in you diet I am sure … so u go to bed with not enough food so it is keeping u awake … carbs should be decreased slowly so the body can adjust accordingly … and when your metabolism is hi again u cant go to sleep … so make sure u have enough between bed and training + cardio.

ARE YOU TAKING IN ALOT OF CAFFIENE? TRY TO LIMIT THAT. IF WORSE COMES TO WORSE, TRY SLEEP TIME TEA BEFORE BED, OR TAKE UNISOM OR SOME OTHER SLEEP AID.
-
If you are having trouble sleeping because you are hungry, but you want to limit your calories to your diet then fill up on popcorn. I know its nothing like a thick slab of something loaded with protein, but it is filling and extremely low in calories, plus I think its good for your digestive track because the body doesnt fully digest corn.
