I just listened to a replay to PBB Weekly and on it Shawn Perine ( from Flex mag ) said he had received some pics from Troy which were quite impressive. He said Troy's  arm mass was not to be believed.

Does anyon ehave any contact with Troy and can we get a look at what's comming to the IRONMAN?

No way, long always looks bad. Alves always looks great just never improves
