Light tuna has less that white (younger fish). But you got more than the safety limit for mercury in your childhood vaccinations so I don't see why they are worried about tuna. :)
So white tuna (like albacore) has more mercury than pink tuna? I thought it was the other way around. I eat about 4-5 cans in a week, is this a cause for concern down the road?

i eat 2 cans of tuna a day, everyday! its yellow fin tuna
