He doesn't,  ralf is a growth that is pretty hard to remove.

Is it possible to conceive that maybe their is more to the relationship than just friendship?  It wouldn't surprise me one bit if Arnold like to snack on the occasional hot dog, it  sure would explain the lifetime of overcompensating by seeking to be perceived as hyper masculine.
