Love his movies, but he was not really impressive as a bodybuild. Dexter was not great either but he had superior negroid genetics of peace to fall back on. Heath is a perfect example of negro genes in action for muscles.

Check Dex's BDB vs that one you posted of Phil. You see how Phil leans back in the pose? It shows more of the three delt heads, and also minimizes his arms.
I think that Dex's is the correct way to do it. No extreme lean.

Phil Heath is the epitome of a bodybuilder to the general public - big arms and a big chest. All shortcomings aside, the man has incredible arm development. How could you put any more muscle on them?

and very FORGETABLE.
Dexter is a small guy. I trained alongside him at World Gym San Diego a few times. He has weak calves and his back thickness could be much improved. The reality is that he will never be any better than that year he won the Mr O. Let me think... what year was that again?

dex is extremely forgettable, much like Chris Cormier.
theyre just boring. And his A taper and lack of calves are annoying.
