seriously tell me how I can lift all the same weights as JC does in this video and yet he is clearly so much bigger???? is this just years of drugs and hard work??  serious question.    If I keep doing what I am doing can I be like JC

To be fair, he obviously has resorted to using synthol in the last few years to bring his arms up.

But the rest of him used to be freaky.

My opinion is he had a mainline to top-quality pharmaceuticals, trained religiously for the first 15 years of his career, and was extremely strict with his precontest diets (but lied about his off-season diets in his book). The rest is his wide collarbone and quick-bulk genes.

gosh how many times...?  insulin... gh...insulin....Gh and then some more insulin gh and some igf-1

+ tons of anabolics

I think along similar lines when watching Jay but with intensity rather than weight. I guess it domes down to drugs, genetics and nutrition.

Cutler trains half-assed and is a disgrace to all mr olympias and every bodybuilder who ever lived.

no I was not always a nattie.......I have used dbol....deca......durate ston......prop.....eq.


but now I train sans juice......you need to train in an effective manner and you don't need a fancy diet.....a very basic diet.....well balanced with a focus on carbs......and moderate protein will do the trick....you must have a positive attitude......most posters hereat getbig....cry and whine.

they also stir the pot and have nothing positive to offer......as I said earlier......quit with the bullshit excuses and get your fucking ass in the gym.....you may surprise yourself and grow!
