Jay Cutler , Dexter Jackson, Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates , Lee Haney , Samir Bannout , Chris Dickerson ,  Franco Columbu, Frank Zane , Franco Columbu , Arnold Schwarzenegger     , Sergio Oliva , or Larry Scott never wore their official "O" pendant  ??? ???  When do they present this to you? i mean most championship rings are presented at the begging of the next year, when did phil get his  ??? and why didnt other olympias ever wear theirs in public  ??? ???
