Title: What is "Time Out"

Is it some kind of getbig netherworld when they can see us, but not interact? And we can't see them? And their souls are tormented?

If folks are banished to TO, why do they even bother to come back?

LOL good question, having been there more times than Dean Winchester in purgatory, it take a little out of you every time, especially when been incarcerated for bullshit or overzealous moderators.

X2. There is a time out section with 4 threads made by Ron that you can post in. It gets fun and crazy in them sometimes. But when it does Ron wipes out all the posts. You cannot IM anyone and you cannot post in any other threads besides those 4. You cannot even IM someone else in TO.
