the TRUE legit worlds strongest BB
Stan make JOJ look pathetic
i dont think JOJ has squatted over 600 or benched over 500 raw
Stan is a freak
-
Jackson has won three shows, placed top 10 at the Olympia multiple times, and has won powerlifting meets.
Stan Efferding's highest placing in a show is 7th place. Usually his placings have quotation marks next to it.
So, if we're talking the total package of powerlifting and bodybuilding success, Jackson has the edge.
Pure powerlifting edge goes to Efferding.

Any talk of JOJ being the strongest IFBB pro was just bullshit MuscleTech hype.

Totally. It was the way he was being marketed by muscletech
-
Johnny Jackson just wait 5 years, until Efferding die from a massive heart attack, then he will be the strongest bber.
Time and patience are the two greatest warrior.
Efferding comparing himself with ronnie...no comment ::)
-
Total absence of neck- more a turtle than a rhino.
-
Thats what a pro should like in a shirt though.
big dude.
-
Johnny is half as tall as Stan - of course Stanislav is stronger.
Jackson was pretty weak in comparison to really strong pros... all hype besides his deadlift.

I doubt JOJ is even the second strongest pro. Other than his deadlift, his strength for a pro is standard.
Besides, what makes you think JOJ will be perfectly healthy, injury-free and still juiced to his gills in 5 years?
And in terms of just strength, Stan is superior to Ronnie.
-
I think stan is just one of those dudes that is good at everything that he does.
I read he is a millionaire on business not related to the fitness industry. Hes a pro for fun, powerlifts for fun.
He has a bad structure, but he comes into shows pretty conditioned.

I always confused Efferding with Youngblood

Ill let the twinks and naturals utilize those 40's.

Yep, I use rubber bands instead of dumbells for most arm and shouder excercises.

The power bands are great, its constant tension all the way through the movement.
Guys look at me like Im nuts in the gym and laugh, when they try a set they are always surprised.

My old man owned a bowflex when I was growing up. I wouldnt mind having a go at it as an adult, for certain things.

Got one, not bad for core stability excercises.

Thing is, we've never seen Ronnie max out at a lifting comp. All we've seen is what he did on the Unbelievable vid, which was 5 weeks before the O. What would he be doing 16 weeks out? Or at a comp? We don't know.
-
Stan = dead by 50.

You are often your very strongest 5 weeks out.don't know why, just happens
-
also shows that strength is not real important in creating a physique.
and yes, dead by 50

LOL yes, as much a myth as "the higher the dose..."

Nice to hear I'm not the only "fool", I love them for arms & chest and combine them with dumbbells. The pumps are amazing..
I have 2 cheap pairs (red & purple) from Myprotein, no need to import them overseas from Elitefts.
-
Never heard of this athlete.

Ronnie was strong as hell, but the way some people elevate him you'd think he was the uncrowned "World's Strongest Man". :D
Ronnie could probably have improved on his "Unbelievable" lifts, but enough to suppress Stan? Unlikely I think.
5 weeks out from compeition = Truckloads of gear = Tons of strength.
:D

That is because you are lifting at the wrong gym where real men workout, go to planet fitness that is where you belong.

I work out a large chain gym
hardly a muscle mecca.

Go to 4:30...

Go to 4:30...
there goes my respect for the guy.
ITS STILL REAL TO ME DAMMIT
-
All that money and still running massive amounts of hormones through his veins is just crazy imop. Isn't he a Flex Wheeler schmoe or something?
-
Branch seems to out-lift "The World's Strongest Bodybuilder" in most of their films.
-
Stan owns johnny in every way
-
That was a tour of his house, I think he made close to 30 million from selling a business or sth............
-

JoJ looks a million times better

no way. johnny is a midget..your under 5'9 your physique means nothing

I'm 6'0 and I have to admit that the best BBers (competition wise, not clubbing wise) are below that 5'9 limit.
-
Pro bodybuilder title is used rather loosely when it comes to Stan...wouldn't you say? Yes he's technically a pro but come on!

bbing and powerlifting are two completely different animals......my 2 cents.

best height for bbing real life wise...club wise... is 5'10. Guys taller than 6 feet usually have a hard time looking full without massive cycles

Plenty of great BBers who are below 5'10, but OK.
Yeah, being >=6'0 is like a handicap. Luckily I'm blessed with decent quads, a small waist and low lat insertions.
-
Wasn't there a PDI pro called the Rhino? Who had the Rhino tag first?

True. I agree with you. But, I think what Ronnie "could have done" is an unknown. All we have is what he did five weeks out.
We will never know what a Ronnie vs Stan E meet would look like.
-
Frank Sepe would have been way stronger than ronnie...cormier...jacks on. that guy was repping 5 plates on bench at 23 years old.. and was taller than ronnie with some long arms.
