I have a ton of theories and I've had a lot of success with many different processes.
But I have this one... her upper body gets so hard and shredded... her legs... they are awesome in size and sweep with great calves and shape, but they NEVER get hard enough. It's painfully obvious. I didn't have to worry about her so much in Bikini except that since she was so hard in the upper body, the judges always thought she should have been in physique.
She is nearly drug free and won't deal with Clen or T-3. She is scared shitless of diuretics.
If anyone answers this question with suggestions, I've probably tried. Posing, Stairstepping, Diet is beyond 100%... she won't cheat.
I'm looking for that suggestion of something I haven't tried...
It's gotta happen. Her quads are sick and she has her next competition in two weeks.
What to do? Females.... ::)

I was training a chick with heavy legs.......this is what I did to make her improve and it worked great.
Walking lunges for about 10 yards,right to an already set up area to do stiff-legged deadlifts on a platform,immediately going into lunges,right vleg first for 20 reps,followed by left for 20,then step-ups on the same platform used for the stiff-legged deads for 15-20 each leg doing each leg seperately for more TUT..........ie,not alternating legs.
3 series of these with no weight, or very light dumbells.
Also she dieted hard and did HIIT cardio on the Eliptical for 15 minutes 4 days a week post-workout.....not on leg days though.

It was you Wes! I know a friend who knows a friend who needed my help type bullshit always gives it away!-just kidding! Next time make her do the walking lunges forward and also in reverse.This way they can keep going and it also helps with coordiantion. nothing wrong with doing walking lunges forward and backwards. It trains the muscle the exact same yet is a tad harder mainly mentally harder.

same things us males do except make them do some wind sprints and lower the weight they use when doing lifting exercises.watch out for squats some women just cannot squat and it will actually do more damage then good,maybe some dumbell squats only if your dealing with a women who cannot do squats and slip them a light dose of watson Oxandrolone and some stromba winstrol tablets just say they are a multi-vitamin and a vitamin-B complex. 3 months later their legs will be in great shape then ask for payment and sex.

I'm sure you know what I mean by "nearly" drug free. She is not failing on her diet. Some of the leg stuff mentioned I have not tried specifically.
She trains her ass off. She just holds that little bit of Sub-Q water in her legs. It's crazy, even her glutes have striations, it's just those damn quads.

Single leg extensions with a one second peak contraction work well for me, from left to right and repeat, no pause.
