Looking much improved, just out of interest what are your 1 rep max for bench, squat, ohp,deadlift?roughly calculated if you don't know offhand

Two weeks on the test and I am fucking feeling like a brand new man.
So fucking Alpha lately its unreal.
Totally confident about everything I do.
Problem is my cut......well its sorta turning into a bulk.
Tried doing Keto for like 3 days and the was like fuck this and chugged a whole liter of apple juice.
My appetite is fucking insane through the roof
And I can't seem to switch off about anything right now.
So much nervous energy but I fucking love it.
Can't sit still.
So fucking horny all the time.
Is it not impossible to get cut by June (even July is ok), less than 10% BF is ok too???????
I can't do fucking keto/no carb or starve myself no more, just can't handle it.
Put on size but fat too.
I might give Adonis principles a go.
Gonna up GH dose soon and maybe add some orals or T4 or whatever.
Fuck it all.

Looking good Joon, you'll start to really see the gear look at around 5 weeks. Just watch your diet especially sugars and fats, and keep an eye on carbs so you can get god reuslts that you can see.

I don't know I haven't done one rep maxes in long time.
I got fucked up shoulder so I don't flat bench much these days.
Last summer I did 315 for two reps ( I was 170lb then)
I can squat 400lb for 6-8 (6 clean, 8 with spot) but I don't go totally ass to grass but its not like a 3/4 rom either, somewhere in between.
I don't deadlift (got L4/L5) heniated disc. I can still do about 3 plates each side for like 5-6 reps but I don't push it.
I can incline dumbbell press 110's for about 10 reps.
I can barbell shoulder press 220lb for 4-6 ish.
....kinda give you an idea
those last 2 lifts for your size is pretty good considering your development there delts/chest.if u were drugged probably need much less weight but pop and fullness would be apparent rather quickly.wks wise.

Far stronger than you look, not a dis but very good numbers for your weight

Its not impossible for you to get cut by June/July but you have to be careful when running gear for first time as you will want to eat everything in sight. You do not need to go keto to get in shape. Add some sweaty cardio in to the mix (sex doesnt count) and go to war in the gym.

That's why I am training twice a day now, 6 times a week.
Weights in the morning and Cardio at night.
I think i need to up my arimidex to 1mg EOD or ED now, currently taking 1mg Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I wish I could add a good cutting oral like winny or some mast but shit scared of losing hair.
Fuck it should I just add tren or skip all that and just add T4 100mcg a day?
