Anyone ever get these? How do I stop it from happening. It feels like someone stabbing you. It can`t be lack of water or potassium as I drink plenty of water and get a ton of Vitamin K.

Can`t be lack of salt or potassium though. Its annoying really. It doesn`t happen when I am working out really. It only happens when I start flexing them away from a workout.

I used to also get the cramps in the calves when I`d flex them. That is just as painful. Its like the muscle seizes up.

Also its all about the right balance of potassium and sodium.
But some people are just susceptible to cramps.

I eat high carbs and never have used clen or anything like that.

I have gotten those, usually when I had caffeine in my system. Consider that may be the cause.

I didn`t even consider that. I do drink a lot of caffeine. Before my workouts i usually drink a teaspoon or a teaspoon and a half of pure Mio.

It happens. keep flexing those muscles. wait till the cramps are gone but always Flex diffrent muscle groups per day. You will notice a diffrence in seperation, there is always a muscle group to flex! and work on getting better striations and seperation.

caffiene is good for helping you to limit calories and appetite. you should increase cals but youll have to do more work, decrease caffiene in half, eat a tofu n cheese sandwich on english muffin that will wake you up and give you good tasty calories

when i used to take creatine and coffee i would get sickening ab cramps when doing situps . it used to be weird my abs would lock up hard core then when i tried to lean back to uncramp my abs then sometimes my lower back would lock up

Don't take too much magnesium. It's a calcium channel blocker and you'll stop your fucking heart. So I've heard.

No, my old pop has screwed around with it trying to control atrial fibrilation and he's mentioned it in the past.
You'd probably have to take lbs of the shit but idk. I'll have to leave you to google.
