Soy foods typically contain a wide variety of well-studied phytonutrients. In the case of fermented soy foods like tofu that has been fermented these phytonutrients can become more concentrated and more bioavailable as well. Below is a list of some key phytonutrients that can be found in tofu and other soy foods.
Flavonoids and Isoflavonoids
daidzen
genistein
malonylgenistin
malonyldaidzin
Phenolic Acids
Caffeic acid
Coumaric acid
Ferulic acid
Gallic acid
Sinapic acid
Phytoalexins
glyceollin I
glyceollin II
glyceollin III
Phytosterols
beta-sitosterol
beta-stigmasterol
campestrol
Proteins and Peptides
defensins
glycinin
conglycinin
lunacin
Saponins
soyasaponins (group A and group B)
soyasapogenols
Before concluding this phytonutrient section, we think it's important to point out one nutrient-related aspect of soy processing. Phytates are substances found in soybeans (and many other foods) that can lessen the absorption of certain nutrients, especially minerals. Soy products in general (including products that are minimally processed) contain 1.4-3.0% phytates. Soy isolates (commonly used production of low-fat soy milk) usually contain a minimum of 2.89% phytates, and soy concentrates can contain up to 4.8-4.9% phytates. Forms of soy, like tofu, that are more whole food-based will do a better job of lowering your phytate exposure than highly processed forms of soy like soy protein concentrates or isolates.

people that worry about crystallazation of oxalates only need to worry if they are sedentary, if you move everyday like me nothing has time to sit around in your stomach to cause problems you shit it right out after youve used up its caloric and nutritonal worth

You can't have it both ways. And just how much does one's test levels rise when one's estrogen levels rise.
Are you trying to say that the higher one's estrogen levels are, the more test you produce? Because that makes absolutely no sense. What science are you basing this on?
That's like you advised TA to feed his dogs grass/veggies and turn his dogs into vegetarians. It doesn't work like that.

Do you eat soy because you are a vegetarian? I tried tofu before but couldn't stand the taste and texture, it was the drizzling shits.
I am also aware of the estrogen like effects of soy but I am not fully informed on the subject. From what I know however it seems to be more of a concern for female fertility and reproductive development.
-
Soy increases estrogen levels. Enjoy "Martina".

Soy doesn't actually increase estrogen levels as such, however there are isoflavone compounds in soy that mimic the effects of estrogen and essentially produce effects in the body similar to estrogen. As I said, I think its more of a concern for females but in males I'm sure that excessive consumption of soy isoflavones could potentially have hormonal disrupting properties.
Either way I'm sticking to red meat, eggs and wild fish for my protein...
