Need I say more? To this day, no one comes close to Ronnie. The god/alpha tier of bodybuilding. The peak Ronnie in this movie is by definition, the single most perfect mass monster ever to grace the thong worn podium that is the Olympia stage.
This was the first BB film I ever saw and to this day, hands down, is the best training video of all time.

(Pumping iron is a documentary more than it is a training vid imo, mind you)

I sincerely hope there are more people out there who got their schmoe spark ignited by this video.

What was the issue he had that caused him to shake his head almost uncontrollably and flutter his lips like he does in this video many times between sets?   I thought that was very odd.
