In a day?Bet some of you eat like a horse!! im trying to force more food down me.
Breakfast 6 scambled eggs, oats and fruit.
mid morn protein shake
Lunch steak and pasta
Mid noon pitta cheese tuna and fruit
post training protein shake
dinner turkey and rice/

gargle with scotch to get taste out

workout
pussy again
protein shake (mixed with pussy taste :-X)
gargle again with some scotch

375 gms chicken fillet (sometimes noodles)
Chicken or tuna sandwich
Steak and chips
Cheese on toast 2
No idea how many cals

rice and chicken or beef 200grams of carbs 100/200 grams of protein
rice and chicken or beef 100grams of each
Rice and chicken or beec or tuna 100grams of each
skimmed Milk postworkout bananna
rice and chicken or turkey or beef 100grams of carbs 100/200 of protein
big cyps egg pancake with 6 eggs two whole
extras are 100grams of rice cakes ed some with peanut butter
tub of ice cream twice to three times a week
Extra egg pancake if recovery is not on point
greek youghurt with strawberries
water with every meal and inbetween

L: Chicken or Salmon + Kale, tomatoes & peppers.
D: chicken, Swiss cheese, mesclun salad with tomatoes and peppers.
Fun foods: Ben & Jerry's Half Baked, usually 2 a week.
Cheeseburger & fries, once a week.
Froyo with toppings once or twice a week.
