Phil is morphing into a freak of nature he will be unbeatable for many years to come.

STandig to the right or left in a photo make u look 15 pounds heavier. Camera lens make u wider in the sides of a photo! Stupid asses! Reality is shown inthe middle of the lens not the sides. The more u get to the sides the more reality dosent become reality

I hate Phil but I don't see who can beat him. He still hasn't reached his peak and has yet to come in bone dry. He'll figure that out and dominate a few more years. I don't see any lifters in the IFBB that can threaten him. Kai is second but unless Phil just fucks up both at their best Phil wins each time, even then Phil will get a pass like Cutler did in 07 if he isn't at his best.
The biggest issue with heath is how he loses so much size off season. Not sure how many years he can continue to blow up before a show and still look good.

Levrone did it for years. And so can Phil. I think if Cedric, Shawn, and Beyeke come in dry, that they can be contenders. Along with Kai and Wolf. Roelly is an unknown due to his accident. If you look at it. Phil seems to have some true contenders these past couple of years.

Actually he is being very smart, come off the dangerous stuff and just cruise in the offseason then blow up for a show this will ensure that his health risk is minimize and he wont burn out.

He has reached his peak and will never come in dry it's not possible with the drug regimen he is using.

The better chest is wishful thinking imo, his chest is insanely thick and I doubt anything will change the look of them because they are inhibited by insertions.
