allright ive been to spot injections wich i guess is an ok guide but still kinda limited.. ive managed to find some good links wiht actual medical references on how to find the right spot on say like thighs and stuff to inject IM but any ohter links you guys could send me would b coo

also lat injections whos done um? howd you go about finding your spot and how was it?
