What do you say, have you tried doing whisky before repping out in the gym? On occasion?
If a resonable amount gets you in a energetic mood, does it outweigh the negative alcoholic effects on muscle building?

i used to have some psychological barrier for 100kg in the snatch
i always chickened out and sort of deadlifted it
then i had some vodka before workout and i nailed it
alcohol gives superior power and self confidence

Ive had like 100ml of red wine pre workout before, but it dehyrdates me sooo quick so stopped it. But pump n energy etc was improved over having nothing.
